As you know, we have had to close our restaurant and bar for the foreseeable future for the health and safety of our customers and staff.

Like everyone else in the hospitality industry, the county and the UK at the moment, we are all trying our best to navigate through this confusing and difficult time.

To try and spread some much needed positivity, boost our own moods and morale, and keep a smile on our followers’ faces, we’ve had a chat with our fantastic Executive Chef Nick Hodges, and we will be starting a new online series – “Nick’s Community Kitchen”.

Nick will be demonstrating some simple but delicious and fun dishes for you all to try at home. From family favourites to get the kids involved to recipes that use ingredients you can source from your local suppliers, each episode Nick will be sharing his top tips for making your food go further, whilst doing what he does best – whipping up delicious dishes and cheering us all up.

We hope you find these little videos useful and enjoy watching. Keep your eyes peeled for the first installment on Monday morning, when we’ll be filming live from The Greenbank kitchen!
